Our Services
Initium Cares’ initial programmatic focus is in two key areas: prevention of gun violence and addressing health disparities in underserved communities. While there are a number of factors that have prompted this focus, the most compelling are the experiences in the last year where increased gun violence has created a national outcry for racial justice in our communities around the country.
Initium Cares is committed to leveraging its exceptional resources to lift up the great work and inherent wisdom embedded in communities around this country to address these systemic needs.
Fiscal Management
Managing program and operating budgets including regular financial reports and accounting best practices.
Human Resources
Supporting programs in their staffing and recruitment needs including benefit packages, policies and procedures, etc. Efforts will also be made to share staffing resources across programs when possible and/or desired thereby creating a more holistic staffing model despite limited resources.
Research and Evaluation
Support landscape analysis that informs best practices and evaluation design and implementation.
Program Design and Implementation
Support when necessary program design and implementation including project management resources as needed.
Grants and Contracts Management
Support execution and management of contracts with consultants and funders including working with program staff to oversee terms and contract deliverables are met.
Strategic Development and Grant Writing
Support development of growth strategies supported by strategic planning and grant writing services.
Communication and Marketing
Support branding and communication through online services that improve outreach strategies for programs seeking to improve their messaging and connection with their audience.
