Why Initium Cares?

Programs who partner with Initium Cares are able to achieve efficiency of scale in many of the back-office activities that can represent a significant financial burden to small nonprofit organizations.  Examples include benefit packages for employees, purchasing power for equipment, expertise in web-based marketing and communication, etc.  Through outsourcing these “back office” services, programs are able to focus on their mission driven activities, leaving the administrative work to the Initium Care staff.
